A Legacy That Lives On

“Cait’s Voice Foundation was created in memory of my daughter, Cait Saxton, who tragically lost her life to domestic violence in 2019.

While our family can never change what happened, we made the decision that Cait’s story would not end with tragedy. Instead, we wanted it to become a voice of hope, education, and awareness for others.”

-Rose Saxton (Cait’s Mom)

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to educate, empower, and prevent domestic violence before it begins.

We believe education is one of the most powerful tools we have. If we can help young people recognize the signs of unhealthy relationships, understand what respect and healthy love look like, and know where to turn for help, we have the opportunity to change lives.

That mission is why our partnership with Willow Hope Center and The Crisis Intervention & Advocacy Center is so meaningful. Willow Hope Center and The Crisis Intervention & Advocacy Center both have the resources and compassionate professionals who provide support to survivors and families. Together, we combine education with advocacy, bringing real conversations into our schools and communities while connecting people with the services they need.

We present healthy relationship education to middle school and high school students, participate in community awareness events, and continue conversations that too often go unspoken.

Our hope is that by reaching young people early, we can help break the cycle of abuse before it ever starts.

Our Vision

Our vision for the future is to continue expanding these educational opportunities, provide additional resources to our communities, support survivors, and ensure Cait’s legacy continues to make a difference.

We are grateful to Willow Hope Center for believing in this mission and walking alongside us. By learning, talking openly, and supporting one another, we all become part of the solution.

Together, we can create communities where every person knows what a healthy relationship looks like, every survivor knows they are not alone, and every life has the opportunity to be lived free from violence.
